Refunds
In the event you recieve a broken device, you are entitled to a full refund after you mail it back (Refund time 7-10 business days depending on your bank). If you decide to personally fix the device which causes damage to the housing shell your refund is invalid. Please contact us immediately so we may resolve your issue. Attach photos & breifly describe the problem via email.
