HANDLING TIME
Handling time typically takes 3-5 days depending on each specific orders request.
To help you better understand the process each order is done in a queue that focuses on specific detail requested by the customer selected in the options of the item you plan to purchase. Quality matters very much to us and not all custom shells are perfect so when a custom PSP, 3DS, etc. is ordered, Ware & Tear has to make sure that the motherboard and its components fit into its new custom shell and functions properly. Rushing this process can result in inconveniencing you as the customer, which is who we aim to please so that you have a great experience with your custom gaming system. MAIL IN YOUR DEVICE FOR RESTORATION
If your not purchasing anything refurbished from Ware & Tear and would like to mail in yor device for restoration the process is very simple. Once you have placed your order for customization a member of our team will reach out to you within 24 hours via email with a shipping label to mail out your device. Once it arrives your device will be put in queue for restoration. Soon after your device is restored, you will be contacted with a tracking number for your devices return.
Typical time for the whole process is 1 - 2 weeks depending on parts needed for restoration.
